In order to ensure a smooth ordering process, I invite you to carefully read the information below.♡Feel free to ask your questions if you have any.♡Specific conditions :- I don't accept commissions from individuals under the age of 18 years old.- I may refuse your request if the subject does not interest me or does not align with my values.- I reserve the right to cancel an order if the client ignores my messages for more than a month. No refund requests will be accepted in this case.- Once the work is approved, no refund will be issued. Please be certain before confirming.- Commissions are intended for personal use only. If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes (sales, promotion, etc.), commercial rates apply.- For commercial commissions, prices are multiplied by 2 or 3, depending on the use: 2x for a small business (TPE) (streaming, printing on t-shirts, mugs, etc.), 3x for use in a larger company (PME) or other (games, publications, etc.).-Not streamable commissions include a 20% increase on the price.-Fully private commissions, meaning not streamable and not shareable on my social media, include a 50% increase.Payment :- Payment via PayPal in euros (€) only.- The full or partial payment must be made before the start of the project.-As a professional artist based in France, I am legally required to issue an invoice before any payment is made. To complete this document, I will need your full name and address.- A 50% deposit is required before the start of the work. The balance must be paid in full after the sketch is approved. In case of non-payment, the order will be blocked.- If you want a high-resolution order of 800dpi (ideal for large format printing), additional fees of 50 to 100 € may apply.Revisions and additional fees :- Changes after sketch approval will be charged.- Revision of the sketch is possible at the pose stage (2 different poses offered). If the pose is finalized, no further changes will be allowed.- The final sketch can be revised, but only if it does not affect the pose (adding details will incur additional costs).- Revisions of the color key or ambiance are possible once; beyond that, an additional fee of 35 € will be charged.- Modifications after the "blocking" stage will not be allowed.- I reserve the right to reuse rejected sketches and design elements for other commissions or personal works if the idea was created by me.Delivery of the final rendering :- The final product will be delivered in JPEG format (PNG if the background is transparent) and TIFF format for printing.- The delivery time is generally 1 to 3 months after the project begins.- If the order is urgent (less than 2 weeks), an additional fee of 50% will be applied.Properties and usage :- It is forbidden to hide or remove my signature from the artwork.- It is forbidden to resell your order in any form.- In case of publication of your order, please credit me.- You cannot trace, modify, or claim the artwork as yours.- You have the right to make prints for personal use, but not for commercial purposes.Rights and credits :- It is forbidden to use the commission for NFTs or AI.- I reserve the right to publish the artwork in my gallery, with a signature and client credit. If you prefer this not to happen, please inform me.(Additional fees may be added, as mentioned previously.)Other details :Complete and accurate references are required. If in-depth research needs to be conducted on my part, additional fees will apply.Please specify according to your order :- The personality and characteristics of the character.- The character's color palettes.- The desired ambiance (location, time, circumstances).- The clothing style (dress, coat, shoes, accessories, hairstyle, etc.).- The physical appearance, emotions, and poses (inspirations or references).- Additional references for backgrounds, architecture, objects, types of glass, etc. (Pinterest is your friend!).- If there are animals or hybrids present, please provide the associated references.What I don't do :- hard NSFW- Characters protected by copyright (please ask the author)- Imitating someone else's artistic style- Offensive themes related to sex, race, and religion.By using my services, you confirm that you have read and accepted all the terms outlined.
